These terms govern your use of armandlabs.com ("the Site"), operated by Armand Labs in Orange County, California. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

These are site terms, not engagement terms. The contract that governs a client engagement is separate, signed, and tailored to the work. Nothing on this page replaces it.

About the Site

The Site is the marketing and inquiry surface for Armand Labs. It describes who we are, what we build, and how to start a conversation. Service, pricing, and availability described on the Site can change at any time without notice.

Inquiries

Submitting the form on the Site begins a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or guarantee an engagement. We may decline any inquiry at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site, our brand marks, our copy, our design, our case studies, and our published builds are owned by Armand Labs or our licensors. You may share links to the Site, quote short passages with attribution, and screenshot pages for reference. You may not copy, mirror, redistribute, or use Site content commercially without our written permission.

When we work with you under a signed engagement, what we build for you is owned by you. The Site terms do not change that.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, crawl at high volume, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, frame, or use the Site to impersonate Armand Labs. Don't submit fake or someone else's information through the form.

Third parties

The Site uses third parties to function: Cloudflare for hosting, Formspree for form delivery, Google Analytics for measurement, Google Ads for conversion measurement, Meta for consented Pixel and Conversions API measurement, Microsoft 365 for email, and local web fonts for typography. We don't control their services or their downtime. Their handling of data is covered in their own policies.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site is uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content on the Site is for general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, or operational advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Armand Labs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for anything related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
