Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Armand Labs ("we," "us") collects when you use armandlabs.com or send us an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- What you tell us. When you fill out our form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, business size, and what you'd like us to help with. You choose what to share.
- Inquiry context. When you submit the form, we record the landing page, referring site and path, and standard campaign parameters attached to that visit, such as UTM values or an ad click ID. We strip unrelated query strings and fragments and store this context with the inquiry so we can tell which page or campaign produced it.
- Security and delivery data. When you engage with or submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile and our server process standard network and device request information to detect abuse and deliver the inquiry. We use one-way pseudonymous digests of IP address, email, and email domain in short-lived rate-limit keys; the raw values are not placed in those keys.
- Usage and ad-measurement data — only if you opt in. By default we load no analytics or advertising tools. If you opt in, Google Analytics measures pages viewed, device type, approximate region, and how you arrived. The Meta Pixel measures page views and completed inquiries, and Meta's Conversions API receives a matching server event only after our own system has durably accepted the inquiry. Those Meta events may include the page, campaign or click identifier, Meta's first-party browser identifiers, and standard network or browser information. If you decline, opt out, or send Global Privacy Control, neither the Meta Pixel nor the server event runs.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and support that work.
- To understand what's working on the site and improve it.
- To attribute an inquiry to the page or campaign that produced it and avoid counting the same submission twice.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use these events to run retargeting or personalized advertising. Google ad personalization stays denied even if you opt in. After our own system durably accepts a new inquiry, consented Google and Meta conversion events can record it once. The browser and server Meta events share the same opaque receipt ID so Meta can deduplicate them. We do not send Meta or Google your name, email address, company, or form answers in those conversion events. If you have not opted in, or you declined or sent Global Privacy Control, conversion measurement does not run. You can change your choice anytime through the cookie banner, the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer. We serve and market to US customers only.
Who processes it
We use a few trusted providers to run the site and respond to you: Microsoft 365 (email), Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, and abuse prevention), Formspree (form delivery), Google Analytics (site measurement), Google Ads (advertising-conversion measurement), and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API ad measurement). They process data to provide these services. See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.
Cookies and measurement
For the full list of cookies we use, what they do, and how to opt out, see the Cookie Policy. You can also block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fine without them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Our technical inquiry receipt in Cloudflare KV is configured to expire after 90 days. Pseudonymous IP rate-limit keys expire after about 2 minutes, domain keys after about 2 hours, and email keys after about 27 hours. Form and email records may be kept longer only as needed to respond and, where relevant, for our records of work and clients. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
